8th LI-NING ZAGREB U17 OPEN 2024 - Invitation

Dear badminton friends,

We would like to invite you to the 8^thLi-Ning Zagreb U17 Open 2024, U17 International Series, part of the Badminton Europe U17 Circuit 2024. We hope to see you again this year. Please, mark your calendars for the 20^th to 22^ndSeptember 2024!

Invitation - final version of our tournament.

Key dates of the tournament:
•     Entry closing date:  The closing time for entries is Tuesday, 20^th August
(23:59 BWF Headquarters time (GMT +8)). No late entries will be accepted.
•    Date for the draw: 10^th September
•    Sleeping accommodations: 6^th September
•    Flight schedules:  13^th September

The tournament will be played from 20th to 22nd September 2024 in Zagreb, Croatia
Kindly note that the deadline for submitting tournament entries is 20 August, 23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT +08:00)
We would to emphasize that a player can participate in a maximum of three events,
regardless of age groups: one singles, one doubles and one mixed doubles.

Those two tournaments (Zagreb Youth & U17 Open) you need to count as one tournament.

Event:

•    BEC U17
•    Age group – born 2008 or later
•    MS, WS, MD, WD & XD – All events will be played as a knock out stage
•    A player can participate in a max. of three events: one singles, one doubles and one mixed doubles
NOTE – If a player participates in both tournaments, Li-Ning Zagreb U17 Open and Li-Ning Zagreb Youth Open, tournaments are counted as one

Transport will be provided from Zagreb International Airport (official point of arrival) to the official accommodation and also between the official accommodation and the venue. Please send us your flight schedules before 13^th September 2024.
